1) Make sure that you understand what the Co-operative Fund is aiming to do, and whether you are eligible for funding. If you haven't already done so, check our Frequently asked questions and the Board and strategy page.
2) Fill in the application cover sheet. Download the PDF here.
If you use access technology to view PDF documents go to the access.adobe.com site which provides information and tools. An online PDF conversion tool can be found at online conversion tools for Adobe PDF documents.
3) Write your proposal document. See the proposal guide.
4) Enclose supplementary information. See what supplementary information is requried.
5) Make a copy of the entire application for your records and then post your original to:
